Has he eaten yet? If he hasn't you should really start deworming..
 
Those 3 meds are good enough. Grabbing a bag of Epsom salt would be good too. It's good that he's eating, try to get him on NLS whenever you can. I find it that my FH's become much more colorful with NLS pellets.
 
You guys are very helpful! I've been able to observe him much more and do believe that this will be necessary. Something is just a bit off. Like he's bypolar; one moment flexing his muscle and showing off, then sulking under his driftwood.
Here's another pic from just a moment ago. He's warming to me a bit this evening but still sulking on and off.

Not looking good this morning. I found him leaning on his side. I was in such a rush that i couldnt properly assess his condition. I ordered meds but it wont arrive until midweek. The fenben is a dog dewormer, yes? petco has it in powder form but how do i administer this?
Hopefully he's ok when i get home this evening with salt. :(

I know how your feeling right about now:( my FH died about a month ago I feel like its my fault I came running into the house cuz I left stove on and the fast movement scared him I saw him dart bam! Hit the lid really hard 2 days later he died I miss him even though I only had him 3months I had gotten him for free but here's a pic of him he was 2in and very very!
