Aquarium salt options??

I only use salt when I see something that needs addressing. And with fish I have always found sooner than latter is better. And salt isn't going to hurt anything and if its cheap why not just to be careful.

Kevin I've used solar salt for years mostly for injuries and a tonic. I now use a water softener with solar salt so everyone gets a little! Hows the tank / rays?

Tank still holds water. Lol the day it doesn't will suck but hopefully before that point I will have another setup to switch over to only problem is I want to build where this tank currently sits. Rays are all good just paranoid about a tail that is a little beat up at the end. Nothing huge but never want it to get worse especially after just buying the darn thing. But he was the testy one being a bit aggressive with everyone.

I have used water softner salt in the past, never had any issues but then I got away from using a little salt all the time. bill
