Arapaima in the Gta

I sincerely hope this isn't true (48" tank part,) but I HIGHLY DOUBT that you have the space to house it for even 6 months.

I don't want to put a downer on you but neither of them fish (even solo in a 225g) will last a year if looked after properly. No 1 can stop you doing it but trust me I strongly suggest you don't, there are much better fish suited to your setup

A 225 wouldn't be able to house a young pima for 6 months let alone a couple years, the red tail you might be able to get away with a year or 2 but what do you plan on doing after that? This is how unwanted fish end up getting dumped, cuz I highly doubt you have somebody who can house a 10 ft + fish.
