Armatus?

the red and black fin just before the big fin. if it has a clear cut from red to black, it's an armatus. if it bleeds from red to black, it's tat.

The key to IDing an armatus vs tat is the adipose fin. That is it. The adipose of the armatus is orange. A tats adipose fin can also be orange BUT it will MATCH the color the the tats caudal fin. In other words, if the adipose fin contrasts highly with the color of the caudal fin, it is an armatus.
 
oh yes the colour of the fins dont really matter either..i remember seeing this a while back and did some digging....

Those are not the sure way to ID Armatus
