Iv never had a outbreak like that before iv allways had time to fix. I went and bought all precautions cleaned boiled everything in the tank except sand set up again with the temperature at 85 right now while it cycles then drop down to normal temps in two weeks doing water changes every two day. I know their no host no ich but I don’t want anything dormant in the tank waiting. I don’t fully understand it but I know how to treat it and googling it shows many different arguments on what it is. So I’m gunna treat the tank while it’s cycles. Oh I also have a piece of shrimp in their too help with the cycle.

Sorry to hear about your loss. It happens with many, when a fish dies, we get tears in our eyes, that shows the love we had for them.
