Asian Arowana suddenly swimming very different - back broken?

How is the aro now? That happened to me once after overfeeding my aro. It didn’t dart around the tank occasionally like yours but it’s Swimming posture was exactly the same. It recovered on its own after a few days without any treatment.
Sadly he did not recover. If he stopped moving he point face up and sink down. The poor fella was getting pretty exhausted and wouldn't eat. He also started getting those spasms and flicking around. I monitored him for a week and he was only going downhill. So I got some clove oil and euthanized him. Not cool to see him struggling like that and getting so thin.
