Wow! Wonder if some people would spank an infant for soiling a diaper? Frickin weird!

Especially if it is a dude. WTF is up with that? Everyone knows that we don't "do" dirty diapers and that does not make sence to spank the infant when it is the old lady that needs the "spankin'"!:headbang2

Whats so weird about nudging a fish when it repeatedly bites your hand doing whatever?

Hes not mollywopping the **** out of them and breaking thier faces....

The fish isn't doing anything wrong; if anything its our fault for not keeping that in mind. They are acting in defense, fear or hunger.

No, Just like I dont hit my dog or cat when they make me mad. And both taken from abusive homes so Ive had my deal of animal issues. My midas can be a pain, but you just make sure not to get bit or deal with it. To me, that 75 is his home, not mine. Im the parent, I clean, pay the bills and make all the food, but in the end my teenager decides to lash out sometimes. Such is life

My fish .. My choice ..

to many people have a closed mind about almost everything ...

guess what .. my horse bit me when i was taking hay out of the barn .. so i jacked it in the jaw ... you want to know what the horse did ... stood there and looked at me .. because the horse is 1,000lbs ... and i was 150 .. its the same thing as a 22lb child hitting me ...

you snap at your fish .. it will learn to leave you alone .... just like my SD's know not to mess with my RCK ..

btw .. child abuse is not animal abuse ..

Thank you.... And since people seem to think im talking about beating **** up... I said nudge. NUDGE. poking it to get its attention is not abuse. Im not jabing it in the gills or the eye, hell i dont have fish that will even bite me. But i would show it who was boss, but think about how much showing it takes to a small fish..... practicly no force at all.

Nobody is beating thier fish into a corner with a net because it kissed thier palm.

when mine bite me i like to play a little game .. i catch the fish in a net ... take it to the other side of the room .. then try to punt it back into the tank ..

sometimes it takes like 4 or 5 tries ..

I've often wondered how disciplining a fish would work out. I was thinking more along the lines of tapping the glass every time they started to square off or nip another fish. I did move my Rainbow shark in with my Oscars after he attacked my bichirs. HE survived but didn't enjoy the experience much, he also didn't learn, so take that for what its worth.
