Finally read the whole use agreement, I'm still curious as to why some people are banned.

Depends on the situation. Some factors are:

-Length of time between infractions

I'm good for one every few months.. depends on how riled up I get.

-Severity of infraction

Just the usual swearing and flaming..

-Total number of infractions/warnings/bans

I've got a few.. starting to go up though? I try to hide in the forums that Phil doesn't frequent, because the other mods might not notice!!

-The member's value to the board

Well when I start trolling I always go into some stupid thread and talk with big words like nitrification or something?

-What kind of mood Phil is in

This is hit or miss.. getting a laugh out of Phil is like trying to get Ben Stein to act excited.. plus I still think he holds a grudge about the Paleo thread LOL
