No Mate, Crabro only get to about 6inches...these things grow to about 3 foot!

i found the name of them....Boulengerochromis microlepis....thats them.....they call them the Emperor cichlid...google them and have a look

i met some family of me this weekend,never seen them before they life in melbourne,nice people.
there son has a 50gallon with frogs,maybe he is on this forum,he was posting pics on the internet.
when you are here,it wou'd be great.

No. i discovered that later. sorry about that. choice fish all the same. $200 each is a bit steep. but can you imagine 10 of them in a 10footer.....

hey all im from Alice Springs (in the sticks)

i got a
4 foot cichlid tank with some peacock cichlids (the biggest fish i can get here believe it or not)
4 foot community tank guppies mollies etc

all i can fit in my crappy unit about to buy a house and am going to build a KICK *** pond out the back for some barramundi should hold about 10,000 liters. cant wait

as you can imagine its nearly impossible to get ANYTHING here at all being in the middle of no where so if anyone knows people that are happy to send fish interstate it would be FANTASTIC i am currently looking for

electric yellow cichlids 1 - 10
and a breeding pair of convicts (to breed LOTS of babies for my barra to eat)

Hi my girlfriend and i live on the central coast nsw. we had a tiny 2ft tank with a pair of oscars to begin with but since have become seriously addicted to the hobby. we currently have a 5ft african tank with 2 breeding rustys, a male dragons blood peacock, a male electric blue, a female blue dolphin, two synodontis and possibly dozens of rusty babies hiding in our rocks. we also have a 2ft with a constantly breeding pair of convicts and our favourite tank a 6ft with our oscars (now 5&7 inches), two jack dempseys, a vieja synspilum, a male red devil, a juvenile texas, a juvenile flowerhorn, a 7-8 inch chocolate pleco, 1 male&2 female bristlenose, and 5 clown loaches.
