well it doesnt mean you have to create another thread. Just go explaining to them that you were talking about North American bullhead catfish, there are lots of fish have same "common" names such as European bullhead, Ocean bullhead and bullhead catfish.

I use a minnow trap. I let it sit over night by a ledge in a creek with some bread and saltine crackers and i have caught plenty.

bullheads would b fine in a 40 gallon (the small species)

You might want to research that. I looked them up awhile back thinking I might be able to put one in a 75 gal and found out a 75 gal isn't near big enough. There's several different kinds of bullheads and most get huge.

What are they specially irradiated and genetically prone to not get over 6 inches? I think not dude.... But nice try anyhow.....

i dont understand a word ur saying!!! >.<

They r easy to raise. They eat just about anything, but gotta be careful because they won't stop eating. Mine even come to the top and eat pellets.

Seriously-you need to research them yourself, Gar man. But when you do that you'll find that they DO get too big for a 40 gal. If you choose to stunt them at 6" by keeping them in a 40 gal it's going to be hard to find someone knowledgable who's going to "tell you how to take care of them" under those circumstances.
