oh k thanks, you guys a real big help david r and jinguyen thanks guys. today i noticed the datnoid is really starting to fight back. the datnoid bit the jardinis tail and now its split. any idea how long to the split tail meet agian??

The split tail grew back, wow, hardly surprising. I think its a little early to say that they're going to live in peace and harmony together forever at this stage though. I wouldn't say it is working until the jardini is 12"+, any smaller than that and there's a good chance it just hasn't 'snapped' yet...
