Wow, this post fired me up to take some action of my own. I gave Tom the benefit of the doubt but he just dissappeared.
I was one of those that sent in money for the Garaunteed Goliath African Tiger Fish. Long story short, I was suckered into releasing my dispute to Tom because he said he would take care of me. Note to all, when you make a dispute and then release it, you can not open up a claim on that same issue if it is not resolved. Make sure everything is resolved before you ever release a dispute.
It gets complicated but Trust me this is the short version of the story. That goliath issue along with other fish I paid for was not resolved. I was suckered into sending him more money for goliath's banking that I was still getting Vittatus' for a great price. I talked to him on the phone weekly knowing mistakes happen and I wanted to give him a chance to make things right. Boy was I wrong.
I was going to invest money in these baby ST from the OP but the wife said NO because my issue was not resolved with Tom atm. Luckily I listen to her this time

.
After reading this thread today there is no doubt I now realized that Tom is a crook. Yeah, Yeah,... I was warned. Lesson learned.
I would like to share my lesson with anyone that sent the OP money. Here is what I learned.
1. With paypal, always link up the payment to your credit card. When things go bad they will do the leg work and refund you.
2. Never release a dispute when the issue is not resolved. Do not let the vender/seller talk you into release it.
3. I should have listen to my wife in the first place

.
4. No photo, no deal!
If your sent your money through paypal linked to your credit card company, You are protected. If you linked your paypal straight to your bank account that you are screwed.
I have learned to love my credit card company. Discover heard the long version of my story:
Dec 26, 2009 and Jan 5, 2010 my shipment was released from dispute

.
Jan 13, 2010 the money I sent in was disputed and money was credited to my acc and Discover is doing all the leg work to investigate this claim.
I hope this helps those who sent money to the OP via paypal/credit card.
Lessons learned.
