thats exactly what im trying to do, pay people back so its only my problem not any one else....
i may not be fluent with this whole court/and owing money situation but im not retarded either ive been figuring stuff out ive already called LAPD
what exoticfishguy is saying above is right.. you as the seller (attempted to profit) and therefore are liable to your buyers. all of these actions are things that are independent and should be done after you fulfill your own obligations to the people that pre-paid. like i said before... whether or not you get your money back from Tom, you still owe your buyers money. It is the responsibility you took on when you became the seller.

Take thousand away because of the GATF... so about 3G's for the ST's...$125each So about pre-order of 30 ST's give or take. This photo has way more then 30 ST's plus the 10 you said you had left from the Indo.
