Tujunga is a suburb of L.A. and falls under the jurisdiction of the LAPD or Los Angeles Sheriff's Dept.
You can also tryl the sheriff's dept. in La Crescenta...that's the town right next to Tujunga. They can tell you what to do.
But why am I wasting my time telling you all of this when you can look it up yourself on mapquest, google maps, etc...?
This is a joke....
PAY EVERYONE BACK FIRST!
mubu;3875285; said:what exoticfishguy is saying above is right.. you as the seller (attempted to profit) and therefore are liable to your buyers. all of these actions are things that are independent and should be done after you fulfill your own obligations to the people that pre-paid. like i said before... whether or not you get your money back from Tom, you still owe your buyers money. It is the responsibility you took on when you became the seller.
wow this guy is good!!rclark12;3875280; said:^going to court would wind up making me loss money?

rclark12;3875284; said:thats exactly what im trying to do, pay people back so its only my problem not any one else....
