Last night, the tem ate a rosy too big. The tem is probably 2 inches and the rosy was like 1 1/4". The tail was sticking out of its mouth for a good hour, so I decided to pull it out.
yeah, i didn't want to chance it. you could see the feeder at the back of its stomach and it wasn't getting it down any farther. it ate another feeder a couple minutes after pulling it out.channarox;2395354; said:

yeyah! it ate another larger feeder tonight but it is getting it down. it's a little beast in the making. i feel sorry for the orino that it's picking on it some....you know what they say about payback...LOLZ. it's vigorous when it comes to eating.
I think you did the right thing! We don't want you to loose anymore if it can be avoided. Is that why you called me the other night? My bad I was playing SOCOM and missed your call. So how are they all doing? And get from what I have seen get used to the tem's eating like that. They just gotta have the biggest feeder and the most feeder.
I was just calling. I never got back to you the other day. Yeah, it ate another large feeder last night, but not as large, so I left it. When I put the little ones in there, the orino snatches them up, but the smaller ones always try for the biggest feedersHigh City Rida;2396721; said:

every time I leave something goes wrong. the larger ocel died last night and my cousin said the others were all pale. this was at 1 this morning and I still haven't made it home. he said the rest are looking normal now.
