Very fragile and non predatory compared to sleepers and very easy to be bullied. They were half the price around $6.99.

"True" gobies have a fused pelvic fin that forms a suction cup that they can cling to surfaces with.

Just picked up some stiphodon sp. "red" a few days ago, my cobalts aren't playing too nice but nothing major. ImageUploadedByMonsterAquariaNetwork1379901334.795521.jpg

peacock g.pngView attachment 950626 both of these species peacock and empire gudgeons are easy to obtain, easy to keep, easy to sex and fairly easy to breed. Both are beautiful and very predatory. Also like the little nuchal humps on the males as u can see LOL.

Well not sure which ones would be best then, going into a community tank, Danios, Badis, maybe some of the Snakeskin Barbs I picked up (they look so great! Never seen them before) and ornate shrimp, so non-predatory is probably a benefit...

Unfortunately, once I got the tank back and one side painted today and put it up on the dresser, not sure there'll be clearance behind it for HoBs, and nowhere around it or under it for canisters... Plan will need a little tweaking...

Yea i had some of those barbs they are awesome, they still have a few at the LFS. You may have to rethink the badis also they are also micropredators like the sleepers both feed on small crustaseans in the wild and will both go after the shrimp if they are very small. If you get some decent size shrimp you should be fine but i wouldnt trust sleepers or badis with very small shrimp.
