I'm liking the setup better and it looks really lush now. A few visible fish would be nice. I'm partial to Bettas and hatchetfish, but to each their own. Nice work. Sent from my iPhone using

Nice work MrMom aqua scape looks nice. I too am amazed by the camouflaged eel tail banjos and have a trio of two females and a male. also like bit don't have yet the chaca chaca. I understand tree are two species of chaca one gets larger than the other... I'm a big fan of mother natures ability to adapt such as built in camo..
Keep up the good work!! Sent from my iPhone using

Thanks ... we're quite pleased with the tank ourselves.
The Banjo's are in hiding, finally saw one come out last night at feeding time, and today 1 of the 2 (possible) eel-tail Banjo's was laying under a sword leaf. But then there's so many more places for them to hide now (and they had a lot before). The lack of movement fish wise is bugging my son. I don't want to have to rip this tank apart again just to catch some fish.
Hadn't thought of Betta's, never owned one and I killed my wife's when we first met (I was fish sitting ... bad move). Did some reading on them and its solo or possibly 2 females. Have to think about that.
Hatchetfish I know squat about. But what little I've recently read .. good idea, I'll have to ponder it some more.
Still have the African Butterfly Fish as an idea as well, but need to do more reading on all of it.
I don't want to get my hopes up, but ultimately I'd love to see these Banjo's spawn someday. But haven't fully figured out a way to sex them.
Speaking of ... WarrendaFish, how were you able to sex your Banjo's, I've just been hoping for the law of averages myself.
Thanks again for the compliments on the tank, as well as the ideas.
