That sucks, ive had mine for about that long if not longer and everything is perfectly fine. Maybe yours got bumped in shipping ?
 
That's good yours are all still working. Once mine loses a few more leds I'm gonna be buying a new one from true aqua. Lil more expensive at $100 but 300+ leds has my interest

i started a thread about these vs marineland double brights to see which one people thought were better. seems like the beamswork ones look pretty good. anyone have anything to say about the marineland ones?
 
Mine are doing great. I need to get a few more. Surprising performance for the money.
 
I got my money back and returned the one I received with the flickering light problem.

Have been running my new fixture for a while now running 12+ hours per day, and it seems good to go. No burnt out lights, and no flickering.

Seems like if they fail, they fail within a couple months. If you get past the couple month mark, you're good to go.

I mine had failed within a couple months, I'd be contacting somebody to get it replaced. They should last longer than that.
