This has been a long drawn out project and driving me nuts because I want to finish it. Took so long not because I didn't want to finish it, but because I had to do a little here and a little there. A little at a time it got done and is hopefully ready to be finished this weekend. The tank measures 46"x21.5"x26", roughly 100 gallons ( I think ) Will post the finished pics, hopefully it gets done...got a crazy schedule! This is about 4-5 months in the making when it could have really been 4-5 days :nilly: Thanks for looking!!

Hey, it may have taken 4-5 months, but that's a very nice piece of furniture, and an aquarium to boot!

What did you use to seal it with, and what are you going to be stocking it with?

I used pond coat, recently saw a guy on here use a pond liner to my liking. When I do my big tank I will be doing that instead, less cost and less time involved. You guys are going to hate me for this but the stock is a Kamalau flowerhorn and pleco

Thanks guys, considering it's my first piece I've made...it came out a lot better than I had expected. Just need to get the finish going so I can get it in my living room!!

Thanks...it's all corner round and quarter round, couple of fancy pieces but fairly simple for the most part. A lot of fun to see it all come together, super stoked to finally see the big picture!!

Well, I did my first trial run. I have a 1" overflow, 3/4" return and the pump I bought flows a little to much water for the overflow to keep up with. Is there any quick solution without buying a new pump? I believe the pump was rated at 900gph @5' of head 1100gph total? I don't really remember off the top of my head but....it's to much :swear:
