ok...so that fixed my flow problem...now it's noisy as hell. If I T into the overflow pipe and a 90 up it will pull air and create more pull, correct? This T should also eliminate the noise problem I'm having?
Finally!!!!! Months in the making and it's up and running in my living room Couple more pics, the pump and intake are now working together, just a touch noisy at the water level, sloshy but only a little (very suttle) Pic of the tank, the sump and Sacface enjoying his new home!! He has a new neighbor (common pleco) he hasn't really taken a liking to him yet but hopefully he will stop chasing after a little while. Super gnarly tank, I love it!!!
That is very nice work. Clean and professional. Wish I had the skills so I can stain. Not that good with the finish work so I paint. Can't complain I am very happy with how my project has turned out.
I was gonna do black, would have been easier and less time consuming but found a really nice dark stain I liked...plus it goes better with the living room
