They're actually breeding and don't bother it a bit. 2 females and a male. 1 female is separated with her fry at the moment, the other is still in the tank and is holding.
ok so i rearranged my tanks and i got the biggest one today at the lfs , it was bigger then the rest and it color was a little different , the back half of it was dark , i do not know if that means it was the most dominant in the tank or not . can anybody sex this for me , i am guessing female due to the fact that is the largest and females get larger.
Some what eazy to take care of they like planted tanks
They will get about 8'' males smaller and need about a 40 gallon tnak when adults a 20 gallon long will last them a while
For tank mates keep them with peaceful tank mates ONLY they are usually very skidish and are bullied very eazily mine was killed by a evil gourami before that it was afraid of larger fish even tetras made it nervice it may have been since i kept it by its self groups may help them be less skidish
