best bichir for a 55 gallon tank

well im not really set on one thing i just don't want the tank to look empty and Ive never had a bichir and i think they are neat fish. does anyone have any good stock suggestions for me including at least one of the neatest looking bichir i can fit in my tank and some other fish of any type to fill the tank in
 
sen is kinda plain lookin with no markings. i like the delhezi myself. you could get away with havin one of them in a 55 gallon.
if your wanting color try a Salvini cichlid with a delhezi bichir. i think you would like that.
 
Firemouth,or Convict,or T-bar cichlid and then 2 senegal bichir.
Or 2 senegal bichirs and a school of silver dollars.
 
he said neat lookin bichir not plain lookin :( lol sorry but the reason i have sen's are thats the only bichir that lfs's will order in my area.

Im hearing senegal and delhezi bichir and i cant find much info on either of them on the web im wondering what the max sizes are and what one is better suited for my tank. thanks again for all the fast replies and srry if im a noob to these fish ive actually been keeping fish for 20 years just no bichirs lol
 


thats a dehlezi bichir. as you can see it has a lot more color an pattern then a senagalus.
