Best dithers for my 200gallon

paratheraps coatzacoalcos will work great even if it is bigger, because it is a less aggressive cichlid. IME, cichlid provide better dither than non-cichlid because they can draw more attention from the cichlids you want to moderate.
 
Thinking about trading my red terror and jaguar in and re stocking with my JD because I just did a water change and added a new rock feature in and the red terror has gone nuts and started to fight the jag so much the jag submitted now it's chasing it and body slamming it and I dont really want to be limited to not being able to add more fish because of the red terror
