I vote Africans but not mbuna----Haps! Anyone think that haps don't have personality my buccochromis will show you otherwise, SA lack the color but are cool fish so I really like em both.

yeah i just get sick of hearing people talk about how worthless africans are. i don't wanna be anti american cichlids, but it seems like a very elitist attitude about people thinking if you want cool fish you need to have american cichlids

Depends really. I voted south american but I love the haplochromis species(Still own quite a few).
