I only know of one fish store, whose owner's care that much about their fish, and it really is a pleasure to know them.

that would have been a hard choice i had to make it to but because i was in pet supplies plus ( great of food or tanks or plants or snails or any other appliance arnt to nice to there fish) i rescued both and am keeping the bgk but i cannot support the clown fully so as soon as he gets to full heath hes going to fish doctors ( they will take good care of him and wont sell him if he isnt taken care of ) they once ( when i was starting out ) refused to sell me a fish because i didnt have the tank for it ( made me feel stupid but glad they didnt let me kill the thing )

I have yet to find a store that will actually do that. You're a very lucky guy to be near a place like that.

Huh? I am a little confused are we on a monster fish forum?
Over here in oz bgk are *** fish not that theres anything wrong with it and are cheap and very common. The CK are monster fish and fetch from $150 to $400 AUD but if they were the same price i'd still go for the CK.

Soon you guys may start talking about how great angel fish are or how pretty neon tetras are.

No offence to anyone its just that I prefer the meaner monsters.

Haha, some angels can get rather large though. I'm not talking about Pacu large but bigger than your typical Petco fish. When I was little we had a pair of big angels and they would breed every once in a while.

I wish I could've gotten the CK but as someone mentioned before it probably wouldn't have done well in my 75 gallon tank with all the fish I already have in it. Someday thought... someday.

the bgk looks very cool i recently got one myself. i also have ck and if forced to chose i would go for the ck bcause i like the fact that it gets bigger and you will see the ck more often.

Its not really the size that does it for me its actually having a fish that is a big predator that smash down gold fish or even having a small fish that rip prey up like the pirahnas. I dont really go for fish that eat blood worms and flakes. Its alright to to like the dainty fish though if thats what you like.

Lol I had the angels when I was like 4 years old.

You know, I love big fish like that too, oh and I wish I could get one because they truly are awesome but I don't have a big enough tank for them...

My biggest tank right now is a 150 gallon that's pretty much just sitting in my living room empty. The filter needs to either be repaired or replaced but I might get something big one day, big, but small enough to live in there anyway.

Dainty huh? I think of them more as interesting lol.
