I honestly don't know but by starving it and it still pooing makes me wonder if starving is a good idea?? Might be better still feeding it anyway as it's still passing. I'm just so glad it's not the big fella or I'd be devastated 
no, don't starve him! i researched it and some people on other websites say that they ger problems like tumours etc when there is too much fat or protein in the diet maybe you should try and substitute with pellets or something?only for one day and see what happens. really hope he pulls through. mine looks so tiny compared to yours!
Hi, the main foods she gets is BCUK bloodworm, KB algae pellets, Sera catfish chips and some Tetrafin flakes.
I was initially going to starve for a few days for the fish to release waste to give releif to the stomach incase it was constipation. I did put a pea in the other night and it was eaten.
Looks the same as yesterday, no worse or better so i'll put a little food in

Hi, no change unfortunatley. Lump isn't getting bigger but I'm not sure if it is internally. I'm going to do a 10min dip with epsom salts and hopefully it may just be a slight blockage and will flush the system. There's no harm in trying anyway.
