It's worth what it if it's your gotta have it fish or u get that feeling. If it comes from toyin then it's worth it.

Meh.... everyone has different tastes. I have a wc endli dabola i think it's gorgeous... also have two cb endli that i think are equally appealing. That being said when i have tank space i may get a faranah just to be able to see the diff myself and because i love endli not a huge lap fan. Just my opinion from the looks of volta they have rounder heads than endli dabola/faranah. No way to avoid spending $$$ some fish just arent cb.
What i would do first is figure out realistically how big of a tank i can own and when i can upgrade it.
If i werent upgrading i wouldnt even own half the polys i own. But thats just me

I have a 10 gallon that i put my 3-4" ornate in currently and i will be moving him to a 20 gallon soon and then i have a 90 gallon with a jardini arowana and a 120 gallon thats empty at the momentGotta agree with kno4te.... if it comes from toyin you will be satisfied.

This is just my opinion so see what others say but my 150 is 18 inches wide im thinking the 120 is the same width ? For me that wasnt wide enough to keep wc Lower jaws for life. Never kept a jar but read that they need min of 2ft width too

I'd aim for minimum 180G for a jardini. Do keep in mind Poly's can get big and will require more "floor space" as they get older.
It basically is a matter of wild caught or captive bred. I have become a bichir snob and only want wild caught specimens now.... As to the catch locations, some differences seem subtle and others quite distinct. Kind of a what characteristics do you like kind of thing.
