my dog is a beagle/hound mix, which i think is why he has takin a liking to it lol. we have to keep my grandfathers cats locked up so my dog doesnt kill them. he acctually attacked a pitbull puppy about the same age when i was getting his rabies shot done a few years ago he had the pit pinned in about 30 seconds. he a tough little bugger. he might not look big but hes got some decent size to him and hes tough as nails.

the other dogs are a mini pincher/whippet mix and a maltese.

I remember seeing him, I suggested he was an american foxhound beagle mix, I believe.
Hounds are tough, and in many cases are used to hunt bobs, so I think he'd be fine.

Yeah, a lot of pits are very willing to submit if they realize they are outmatched, one reason I am wary of getting a hound with my pit, they are much tougher LOL

yea but snares get more than one and make more money! and people that think its cruel and mean are stupid idiots there are seasons and limit regulations because they will over populate and kill off to many of other species making it all haywire

like wolfs are killing one third of deer and elk were killed in like 07 i think it was

Not a bad thing, since from what I've heard, there are way too many deer.

And killing a beautiful, innocent animal because you want to make money is just wrong. We aren't cavemen anymore, we don't need to kill something for it's fur.

Edit:
That also explains it, hunters don't give a crap that the animal will thrash and tear limbs off, suffer, and be in intense fear and pain for hours or days while the hunter is at home watching TV on his or her couch, as long as it's cheaper than a few bullets :screwy:

just drop it. you came off stupid and left stupid.

and i would definitely be careful with the dog being around the bobcat without superviosion. cats have way more dexterity/flexibility then dogs...and that dog is not a presa canario (no offense)

LOL

Good point.
Might sound strange, but one thing I did with my small dog to protect her from a roaming stray was I got a spiked collar, a thick one, it protected her neck very well when it went to grab her, and that is the first place a cat goes.

Oh man why theres talking crap about hunters being bad man?

Be careful with let your dog alone with bobcat no matter what breed the dog is, the chances of getting countless stitches and the vet bills for your dog are higher. My grandma's dog lost its eye and all his ears to an angry momma bobcat. No one like to cornered any felines.
