my dog is a beagle/hound mix, which i think is why he has takin a liking to it lol. we have to keep my grandfathers cats locked up so my dog doesnt kill them. he acctually attacked a pitbull puppy about the same age when i was getting his rabies shot done a few years ago he had the pit pinned in about 30 seconds. he a tough little bugger. he might not look big but hes got some decent size to him and hes tough as nails.

the other dogs are a mini pincher/whippet mix and a maltese.

Cool bobcat, used to see them now and then when I was up north.

Here I get a ton of hawks and vultures. There's one large hawk who parks himself on my son's basketball backboard, I assume he's scoping for prey.

Not a bad thing, since from what I've heard, there are way too many deer.

And killing a beautiful, innocent animal because you want to make money is just wrong. We aren't cavemen anymore, we don't need to kill something for it's fur.

That also explains it, hunters don't give a crap that the animal will thrash and tear limbs off, suffer, and be in intense fear and pain for hours or days while the hunter is at home watching TV on his or her couch, as long as it's cheaper than a few bullets

P.S. Don't lump hunters in with trappers. The difference is [most] hunters do give a crap about the amount of pain animals go through (i.e. they try to minimize... with the exception of bow hunters) and trappers don't care.

But I do agree with you that this method of hunting is outdated and cruel. Just because it wasn't cruel 100 years ago when they had no other options for survival doesn't mean it's not now. We have way more humane ways of execution.
