Big dead fish disposal ideas?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I've always just thrown my dead fish in the trash, in an extra bag if it's a few days from pickup, but I am curious now. How deep do you have to bury them to not smell them?

I’ve never had a problem with burying them at least 12 inches. As an avid fisherman I’m always bringing home panfish and the heads/guts are the absolute best thing to fertilize tomato plants.

Move to the country; problem solved.

Big dead fish? Little dead fish? Fish guts? Just dump'em into the corner of the field and they'll be gone the next day. I was thinking about working on our JW infestation using this method...but it turns out that a lock on the gate at the bottom of the drive works pretty well...:)
