I noticed visiting Peru, guinea pigs are raised by everyone for food and you see them offered for sale cooked on sticks everywhere.

Did you try it? I think it would be a little more appealing(not by much) to westerners if they served it without the head still on.

I believe you, but I also prefer my chicken headless. About the only thing I frequently eat with the head still attached is crayfish or mud bugs as we call them. I was looking at some photos and thinking their little legs might be pretty good served buffalo chicken wing style though.

Yes, we did but not on a stick but in a couple dishes. lol
