Big Trouble

WAY overstocked...that many in a 55 or bigger. Remember, it's not what so-and-so does, it's what we do to be responsible fish friend keepers. Keep up the research.

The Loaches, other than the Dwarves and Kuhliis, will outgrow IMO
And depending on the species of Pleco, that will also grow to be a problem. It seems a bit heavily stocked apart from that, but the Pleco and Loaches are the main problems.
I have done some research and yes they will outgrow the tank and I'm ready to get a huge tank to house them once they grow larger :)

there are some problems with your list.

first of all, tiger barbs will probably kill your neons, rams and possibly cherry barbs. they are very nippy.
I totally disagree with this, tiger barbs can be nippy but when kept in groups like 6, they don't usualy do so too much. And, they are not likely to kill the fishes, but I do agree with your other points, thanks!

I'de ditch the tiger barbs, common pleco, clown loaches. and thats just to start tbh.. Tiger barbs are nasty mean, particularly in small groups and in small tanks. I've seen them busting 3" + and they will likely destroy everything else in the tank eventually. common plecos.. while you pond may need one... put it into you pond... the bio-load and fast growing nature of these fish not to mention their aggression potential would just spell trouble. water quality will get shot to heck, and your likely to lose a small fish or 2. Clown loaches do grow slow, but need suitable size groups. people will debate this.. imo/ime a group of 6+ does best. And they are notorious for illness, and being "hard keepers".. with the bio-load your intending on such a system. simply put. more likely then not your gonna throw a good amount of money down the drain on these fish.

I am not trying to be overly criticle but simple honest with you. like I said thats a start.. those are the 3 red lights I see.. and the whys.

Then before you overstock a 30,get a bigger tank. You just have too many fish listed to fit in a 30.It has nothing to do with the size of the fish,it is just too many.If you want all of those fish, with the numbers you posted, think 55g.A 75g would be much more suitable.

^^ he nailed it on the head. just skip the 30 and get a bigger tank if you want all these. i also disagree with the tiger barbs, they may kill neon tetras but they will not 'destroy' everything in the tank.

Right! OMG Thanks a lot to all of you ...I was so caught up in getting lots of the same species so they wouldn't be lonely and stressed that I forgot I only had 30G, well guess I've got to reduce the number of varieties but I'll still keep the number of each species so they don't get stressed

But i've been keeping tiger barbs for a while and they don't really harm other fish, but perhaps they may kill the tetras. But they're still sooo cute so maybe I can not include the tetras?

Now thats true now that I'm thinking about it... I have had the pleco and it left my tank in darkness... haha so i threw it into the pond and it has not injured my kois yet. However, the thing about tiger barbs is very subjective because I have been keeping tiger barbs and they are really peaceful to fishes of their own size, not for tetras maybe but for other fishes. Clown Loaches can also be kept in groups of 3 but yes, if kept in larger groups it is better...
