Thats interesting. I dont know if our LFS's sell MORE big ones...but the ones in the Milwaukee area definitely charge more for the big ones, oftentimes even if they are in bad shape even.
I have seen some gross frontosas there being sold for $150 at about 6-7".
They get, and sell a lot of adoption fish, and the prices are definitely higher. I wouldnt expect the same everywhere though. Places with better fish markets probably wouldnt be able to do that.
