I have a Green Cheek Conure named Jack.
Very cute! Any more birds and then pics of him?:)

If i were to own a conure i'd want a green cheek! They're sooo sweet and QUIET!!!!!!!! But i love Suns, Gold Caps, and Jendays (the loudest ones) but i'd take a green cheek lol! I want to buy our two cockatiels, both males. I named em Jake and Elwood (Name that duo!!!!! LOL) they are so cool. They whistle the male enhancement comercial song (i cant think of it but ud know if u heard it) and one does the perfect Artoo Detoo (star wars) whislte lol!

Green Cheeks are very cute in deed but they can have a mean streak. They also have a very different gravely voice that is not always appreciated. The next bird I get will be a African gray or I would love a Hyacinth Macaw. The Crested Cockatoos are cool too.

I want an African Grey soooooo bad! LOL! Green cheeks can get jealous from my experiences. They are just a great bird in terms of conures for bird owners that know birds but not conures specifically. They tend to be quieter and are smaller than most conures. They do command attention however but they are quite gentle IMO. I've trained everything from Jendays and Suns, Pionus's (however you spell it) and caiques. The easiest to train and sell are by far green cheeks. Regardless ALL avians are difficult to keep and require a lot of attention. I tell that to all customers.

they have been together for a while some lady doesnt want them anymore so I thought I'd give it a shot.

Good luck is all i can say Ecarb!!! LOL! Very difficult bird to keep as a first timer. Luckily they already are attached to each other, dont expect them to do anything but bite the crumb outa ya!!!!! LOL!
