Hi i hope you find that Black Goliath, but in my opinion i believe these Black Golaiths are the same as the ones we all know but due to their habitat being a bit different they acquire a darker colouration, but i also believe that they probably only acquire the darker colour when they reach at least 2 foot or more in size and if you notice the pics of the black Goliaths they are still that golden brown colour nearer the middle and bottom and only really black on top, this is usually for camouflage as the river is probably darker there, not sure but ive noticed this in other species as everything in nature tends to adapt to its surroundings. So i would imagine if put in an aquarium it would slowly lose its black colour?????

I found the black river on google. I think we should form a trip expedition and catch us some batf. We can split the 20k, 10k from koop and 10k from ashdavid, and keep some to ourselves.

At 10k a pop it's going to be like a modern day treasure hunt. We will need a team including proficiency in the French language, shipping/exporting, fishing/netting, African culture/geography (bribing or local taxes), and a journalist/reporter (document our trip), and most importantly, GATF fanatics. We will designate certain vendors, US and international, to move our goods and split profits accordingly. Of course, the risk is there are no BGATF but we will still have an adverture and prove to the world once and for all whether BGATF is myth or real.
