If I ask enough people someone will have tomorrow winning lotto number.

so I figure I'll ask hopefully enough people. So plz no more derails. laughter and mockery are not the names of this game. I just want to know if this fish is out there. and I know what I'm willing to pay for this fish. And I'm putting it out there. If money is an issue and a vendor who deals in " high end" fish knows how to get ahold of one I may fold a little on the money.

consider them bumps.... your best bet would be to contact fugupuff and rich @ infinite aquatics... they would be the only 2 on here i can think of the could remotely get there hands on something this rare... doing this WTB is really a waste when you think about it... you need to go to the sources on the oddballs.... best of luck to you...

I'm going to try to let them see this tread so I don't have to mass PM the good vendors. but If this sits for till sunday and I have yet to hear anything (even that its' not possible) I'll start PMing.

I thought they were illegal to import because they are so rare in the wild. At least that's the last I heard about them.

I'm pretty sure that someone who knows the right people will be able to get one.

I call bull****! There's no such thing as a black GATF. Those pictures you posted are of fish that have been out of the water for a long time and most likely dead for a long time and that is why they are dark in color. If there was such a thing it would have been captured and in the aquaria by now.

Give me your 10g, I have your black GATF in my tank right now. It may take many many years for it to turn black but it eventually will.
