black piranha tank size

i saw on youtube a video of a monster rhom swimming with many little fish...couldn't tell what type. he wasn't eating them n was fed with dead fish. i don't say he dosen't snap one once in a while but this make me think that once big enough, black don't care about having few little friends around (maybe friends is not appropriate... i aggree) but i'll try to find the link n post it so u could tell what could be these fish...

they are full grown white skirt tetras..approx 1"-2"

someone said there were no cohabitation possible...im not an expert n maybe this case is an exception but there is hope for da dude who's planning to buy his monster...
