As for some of you, get a gym membership to let out some of this frustration because i cant get through a single thread without somebody going berserk. Scream into a pillow instead of looking like a dope.
To the OP, there is some very good advice peppered in amongst some very loud opinions and decent advice given the wrong way. You know what to do now and im confident you'll do whats right when the time comes! Until then just enjoy the little guy for as long as conditions for him are reasonable and then find him a good home!

What is it with Idiots that go buy fish that are going to get very large BEFORE getting a tank to hold it? (i'm not talking about the Gigas here either)
It sickens me that the shop sold your "mother" this fish to start with without giving any information.
It sickens me just as much that you are talking about starving the thing into growing slower!
Why not just return the fish with a few choice words to the seller?
...Something tells me the future of this wonderful creature is not going to be the best one....

Is there even such a thing as a black snakehead because I didnt think there was, also why would a petstore carry them if they were illegal, and how big can this guy get I would think no more then a silver aro so he could go in the same tank with them as they grew right? Heres a pic tell me what you think it is because I really am not sure
