  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
can we see some pics...it must be one weird lookin fish....the parrots are weird enough as it is...

well, blood parrots somtimes will and somtimes wont. it can be hard for them to eat fish cause of their mouths. my bps will chase little fish, but they have never caught any before. but anything like a texas or red texas i wouldnt trust with small fish..cause they have BIG mouths

well, just moved the babies from the breeding box to a ten gallon tank, barebottom for easy cleaning. i got an exact count in the process of moving, 150 is that number! these guys are eating like pigs! ill post pics later

Whoa, Miles must be like 2 minutes from you. Thats insane! :naughty:

Hmm, give Miles some BP's so he can pass them on to me. :)

you can pass me some of those l46 if you want! lol. how many bps you looking for. to tell you the truth it would be cheaper to find some locally because of shipping cost, but if you cant find them, let me know. i have 5 bps, one of them i need to keep (susie) but i was thinking about getting rid of the rest before the summer, so let me know and i will see what i can do.

I'm looking for 3-4. I asked the manager at my LFS if he could order some for me and he thought I was crazy :screwy: .

As for my L46, I'm waiting for another clutch as the first one was not fertilized. :(

well, i have 2 that have messed up gill plates, they are healthy and it doesnt hurt them at all, they are a bit older, and then i have 2 younger ones with perfect gills. one of the young ones is still fading from black to orange. I dont know if i am ready to part with them, but i will think about it.
