I’m not sure if they are considered black, but they are ramshorns.
I have so many of them. Haha
I caught the new girl out and about. 
I also noticed white spots on the underside of her tail fan. I wasn’t sure what they were so I looked it up. Turns out they are glair glands. Supposedly they show around the time a female will lay eggs. I looked back at the pictures I took when I first got her and they were showing then too.

I’m sorry I have no idea what that is.
It looks like a type of fungus, but I’m really not sure. Have you posted in the emergency forum? You might get some help there.
