Bored with the Hobby!

It became more of a job after a while for me and that's when I started buying and selling fish. I didn't keep anything longer than maybe 5 months at a time. Everytime I come on this site it makes me wanna get new fish and sell what I got.

-A year ago I got grammodes to breed then I sold the male but kept the female.

-Then I wanted to breed la ceiba freddys but again only kept my female.

-Then I got a panama loisellie female and I wanted to breed them but decided not to locate a male.

-Right now I've been thinking of keeping my grammodes female in her current tank and selling off the rest of my fish and taking it back to the simple pure red devil wet pet.

I'm back and forth like this everyday and it gets to me every once and a while. I know I have to part with some of my fish soon as I don't have room for them all as they are getting big.

Imhere with you. Im bored. I went from monsters to a 120 with a few tetras, mollies a severum and ahoplo cat and a 65 with some loaches. Spent hours on the local distributors website and found nothing i want. Just keeping what i got and waiting for something to bite

We moved houses. Our new house is on well water. I lost several big fish during the move. Between that and not having my fish in the living room is killing it for me. It's curtailing my spending for sure...and my desire to keep fish a tad.

Happens to me rarely but usually when I lose a few fish in a row. I agree, try something new or just get something for a long term project. Minimal maintenance setup for growout of something cool and just wait for them to pair and breed. A new type of fish breeding in my tanks always reinvigorates me with the hobby.
