damn, it's bad enough having casualties let alone a kid being one of them

Hard to believe the guy with leg(s?) blown off was still conscious & sitting up.

There's also a pic of a different guy who's missing his right leg below the knee

He's only in custody because a bystander thought it was suspicious he was running away after the bomb went off and tackled the guy. He will probably check out and be cleared.
