It's funny cause now he is not accusing icantquit of lying but he is saying the post office stole it. He thinks since it can't really be proven he is in the clear, but he forgets the box/tape was not tampered with so the item was not stolen, just never sent at all.

Icantquit do whatever you can to get your money back from this scumbag seriously.
 
Bro what in the hell are you talking about .. It's intranet meaning internal only to USPS workers at the post office .. Let me guess I hacked into their network for this ?? Give me a break .. I want the buyer to go to the post office and get the same documentation I have to prove I shipped a 12.4 lb box , then I want the buyer to put the garbage into the box and ship it back to me and we will see the weight and money spent on shipping .... I'll even pay for The shipping !!! BROKEN RECORD TIME

I now have possession of a document from a government agency "USPS" with post office letter head that states package weight etc that shows everything needed to prove I sent a 12.4 lb item not trash .. It's a smoking gun document ..Whelp I'm done repeating myself and explaining to yall like you are my wife ..The buyer can call me and talk but this thread is nothing but bashing and bad mouthing a innocent person ..

Chavez, you must think people are stupid. I can provide that same info as you can if I shipped something. I can see by the webaddresses in your photos those came from YOUR computer. You act like getting this info is top secret and that it is impossible for a person to look up a shipping label. Also I can come in with a receipt and tell the post office to print me up a document too like you are saying. It doesn't prove at all that you sent the CO2 tank. It Just means you sent a box/package that's all. The box was not tampered with so you can't say the post office stole it. Another thing, if all that "junk" was really padding, you did a horrible packing job and also risked the CO2 bursting from mishandling. In which case you would have been in a lot of trouble, but another thing, you risked the tank being damaged if it actually made it to icantquit. The padding and box size is not consistent with shipping a CO2 tank and regulator. It amazes me how quickly you switched from accusing icantquit of lying to the post office stealing it.
 
Ok, lets say the post office really did steal the CO2 tank. In which case it is neither your fault or icantquit's fault. Are you willing to split the loss with him? In other words, give him half his cash back?

When you sell something it is the sellers responsibility to see that the goods are delivered. If the seller believes the contents of the package were stolen, he should file a theft of mail report with the post office.

Now we have heard both sides of the story. Has the jury reached it's verdict?

Let's re-examine the facts:

1. On 10/29 seller shipped a package from zip code 19047 to zip code 53218. package weighing 12 pounds 4 ounces. postage costing $14.24 plus delivery confirmation.
2. Delivery confirmation says package was delivered on 11/7.

Seller's statements:

1. Package contained CO2 tank and regulator.

Buyer's statements:

1. Package wasn't tampered with prior to opening.
2. Package contained junk upon opening.

Buyer's Actions:

1. Buyer creates a video showing a re-creation of buyer opening package and what it contained.

Possible Conclusions:

1. Seller shipped 12 pounds of junk.
2. Seller shipped CO2 tank and regulator.
3. CO2 tank and regulator were stolen by postal employee while package was in route to buyer, and buyer received a box of junk.
4. Buyer received CO2 tank and made up story.

You the jury decide.

I will say if he refunds I will regain my respect for chavez, but until he settles, this it is what it is, a box of JUNK!

Chavez I say this with all respect Bro, if you have problems that's 100% understandable, I've been there to man, however mfk is a tight knit community, you **** one of us over you **** us all over! Please do the right thing here, if your in desperate need for money I understand, hopefully its to put food on the table and not for something else... Your the one who has to look in the mirror Bro!
