The boy may have been hit by debris from the small crater left by the meteorite. At that speed I doubt he could tell that he got struck before the meteorite hit the ground. .
um, scientists didnt disprove the theory that he got hit.... but you guys are right. you keep fish so your word means more than someone who gets paid a ridiculous amount of money to be correct with what their talking about.
BS, I don't buy it. It hits the boys hand, and sends him flying, leaving a huge hole in the ground, with a sound so loud his ears were ringing for hours, and he only has a 3" scar. Yeah ok!
i agree, the kid should get it, when i was little, i got hit in the heard with a ball at a minor league baseball game, some jerk in the row below me grabbed the ball and wouldent give it up
I once got hit in the head with a meteorite while watching a baseball game. It too bounced of my head only to be grabbed by some jerk below me who wouldn't give it up............
Yeah, I'll say it's ridiculous. I worked for Lockheed once researching how to use fibre optics and luminescence from a laser pulse to measure the amount of gasoline in contaminated water wells about 15 years ago. I got paid $8/hr.
