Hold your horses there, friend! We are currently the apex predator of this planet, but these animals have been on this planet for millions of years. From an evolutionary standpoint, we have far more to worry about than gators. Who knows, we could become extinct in a matter of weeks if the right virus spreads across our planet, leaving the gators to reproduce as much as they like. Just something to think about.

We are cunning, indeed! My point, however, was that you can't help but admire the survivability of a creature that's been on this planet for millions of years. I can only imagine the drastic changes in the planet's climate that these creatures have endured. I can't help but think that there would be events that could occur, which no matter how cunning we are, we would possibly not survive. I have a hard time believing that there are too many events that could wipe out a creature that's survived for millions of years, short of global extinction.

Isn't the legal drinking age 21? That makes him a underage drinker, you have to pay to play, but the gators ended up paying instead. I'm suprised he hasn't sued the person who provided the alcohol, for millions of dollars blaming them for the lose of his arm. 'He' was the one who decided to drink, 'HE' was the one who decided to swim in place 'HE' was not suppose to, and so 'HE' needs to pay the consequences not the gators.

Well, he downplayed the drinking angle on national TV, claiming that they only had a 'couple' beers. That would make it very difficult for him to make a case against the person that provided the alcohol in a court of law.
