fish?EXPLAIN PLEASE .......am I missing something ...like chicken and waffles?(still haven't tried but looking forward to)

It's a soul food dish I guess and not just for breakfast.You basically fry up some your favorite fish and have it with a nice helping of hominy.

sounds ...different...I'LL probably give it a go ...sometime....

Yeah I have relatives who make it and they each prepare it differently but it is always delicious.I have not attempted it myself as I am no good at making grits.

I do the instant grits ...usually with egg whites and a little cheese and salsa

I've tried the instant grits and they are not bad actually.I treat them as hot cereal though.

I would do C O W , but...I eat oatmeal 5 times a week....
