Breakfast??

I would do C O W , but...I eat oatmeal 5 times a week....

Oatmeal is more filling than cream of wheat.A small serving of oatmeal can keep me from getting hungry for half the day but the other stuff does not last as long....Fatcat,a little butter maybe,some sugar and milk is all that is needed for them.I have added raisins to the oats on occasion.

Here's a Vegan brunch I made a month ago for a small film crew and Chef AJ (some hot shot vegan chef).

Sesame Grilled Gardein Chicken (Soy), Roasted Sweet Potato and Sauteed Kale with Rice Vinegar, Vegan Asian Cole Slaw, and some Sesame Grilled Gardein Lettuce Wraps with Peanut Sauce.

Not sure what I'm going to chow I'm feeling donuts n milk today. Anyone tried herbalife protein shake? They sell it at lunch now at my school might pick it up before lifting

Never heard of it...Not much into health-food type stuff though...sorry.

My Mike made me fried eggs, ham and toast. And, of course, coffee.
