Hello. My flowerhorn recently paired off with a female parrot. About 2 days ago i put them together and today i put in the plate. I’ve made a place where the female parrot goes inside of there is aggression. I haven’t seen any aggression and they have been showing breeding signs. Any suggestions on how i could speed up the process or not mess it up? My flowerhorn is a kml ZZ fader( in the middle of the fading process)

Congrats!
Big water changes usually stimulates breeding. It’s best to pet things happen as natural as possible though.
How do i know if the female tube has dropped? I have noticed something coming out but i’m not sure if that’s the sex organ lol. Not very familiar with parrots. Here’s a picture of her vent and what i think is the tube

Parrots make venting hard, but I’d guess male.

Congrats!
I wouldn’t expect anything to come out of it though. 99.99% of male parrots are infertile.
