Brevis African Tiger Fish Update

Thanks alot. Yea he never really over eats or stuffs himself unless I miss a day of feeding. Recent noticeable growth has been with his width side to side not top to bottom if that makes sense. The space between his eyes is expanding and his jaw is more rounded resembling that of a northen pike or muskie only with larger teeth.
I traded away his buddy my 12" Goliath a month ago and its awesome to see how the brevis looks without being overshadowed. I'm so glad I did not sell him now.
Custom plywood tank is roughly 8 ft long x 3 ft wide x 2 feet tall.
Thanks! Yea I have another juvenile goliath and vittatus I am growing out in my 150 tall atm. Its been very interesting to see the subtle differences in growth, behavior, maturation of the species (goliath, brevis, and vitattus). All of them start to really differentiate themselves at around 6" to 8" and it just continues on from there.
The brevis has been unique because its taken over a year to begin noticing the distinct differences between him and a vitattus.

He was sold to me as a goliath and I was told he was imported with a goliath shipment. I have not seen too many ATF sold as brevis. The majority are probably just lumped in with vittatus because when they are small it is difficult to tell the difference unless you've seen them side by side.
