Brown water issues

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
It's simple, really.

Step 1: Buy and set up large aquarium.

Step 2: Buy large fish.

Reversing the order of the steps never works well.

Just out of curiosity, have you tested your nitrates recently?

*UPDATE- the fish have been moved to the 125 and have a bit more room. I purchased an additional canister filter so they are getting a much better amount of filtration. We will be in a house by late September so the two monster tanks will be for sure getting installed. I will do an additional update once we get them moved to their permanent homes ?. Anyone interested in watching the full process can pop over to my YouTube channel. https://m.youtube.com/channel/UCZuJckO3HTxBLrGosMHa6Jw
Or just type in mofo fish. Thanks for all the advice, cannot wait to share the monster tanks with you all !

yea, the situation is what it is no need to patronize. Here in a less then 2 months they’ll be as happy as can be.

I did not test the nitrates I did a large water change and added an additional filter and it cleared up in about 30 hours. All the fish have been moved to the 125 so I’m not excited about it but they’ll be better off there until we move.
