I know, it's killing me....

Damn work always gets in the way of the important things I have to do.

You must either work short days, or stay up late to get the time in you've been putting on this thing. What do you do, if you don't mind me asking? (I'm guessing something to do with Design, by your screen name)

I am a computer Network/Security Engineer. The design stuff is only a hobby.. lol

Full time work, then I can get about 3 hours in after work each day and all weekends.

Been a busy 8 weeks that's for sure. After this is done I need to remodel our master bathroom which should be a piece of cake after this.. lol

Not so much.. More Cisco, Checkpoint, routers, and switches..

Update:

Fill the tank past the bulkhead, it leaks. Drain is below the bulkhead leak stops...

Bad thing is it only drips about 1 drop per 3 mins so it takes a while to appear when dry.

I built a special wooden jig to tighten the bulkhead nut some more, but it still leaks.

So, after the water level is below this bulkhead again then I will caulk the crap out of it on the inside and be done with it. Refill tomorrow after caulk hardens a bit.
